What makes a macaron?
Macarons are made mainly with almond flour, egg yolks, and sugar.
Why are your macarons so different in colors from others?
We do not use food coloring in any of our macarons or fillings.
We allow the locally sourced natural ingredients to determine the color of our macarons.
And who really wants to eat a neon yellow macaron?
What is dulce de leche?
Dulce is made from sweetened condensed milk. We cook it for 15 hours inside a hot water bath at a constant temperature.
I'm allergic to nuts, can I eat macarons?
Almonds are a basic ingredient of macarons and are in every shell.
You should consult with your doctor regarding specific nut allergies.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, macarons and dulce de leche do not contain any gluten. However, we are not a gluten-free facility. Our macarons are made on shared equipment with products made with gluten.

We'll get right on it! Please allow us up to 72 hours to process your order as all orders are baked fresh.
When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 72 hours via USPS Priority (1-2 days). We only ship our macarons Monday-Thursday. Macarons are perishable and we would not want them to stay in a shipping company storage facility during the weekend.
Once your order is on its way, we will email you your tracking number. Please ensure there is someone to receive the package as we cannot be responsible for packages left outside or in the heat.
How do I store my macarons?
Refrigeration: keep in an airtight container for up to three days. Before serving, bring the macarons to room temperature (about two hours).
How do I store my Dulce?
Store unopened in a shaded place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and devour within 3 months!
Can't you ship my order via regular mail and not express?
We use express mail due to the nature of our product. We want you to get your order as soon as possible so it will stay fresh.
What makes your process unique or interesting?
Our process is unique in that we do every single step by hand. There are no auto-pipers, no shortcuts. We take great pride in our product and welcome feedback routinely to help tweak a flavor/combination. Also, because we bake in small batches, we are better able to control the quality of our product.
What sets your finished product apart in terms of how it is created?
Our macarons are truly natural. We abstain from all preservatives, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents. Instead of the 17-20 ingredients in many macarons, ours contain 6-8, all of them being something that you can recognize and spell correctly. Our flavor combinations also set us apart, with whole fruit, real bacon, and handmade EVERYTHING!
