Soft Peaks Confections began as a dream for mother-daughter baking team. After years of cherished kitchen moments together, they decided to plunge into the world of baking. Naturally, there was no question when it came to the products. Spurred by a chance encounter with a macaron in a Paris delicatessen, they yearned to learn all about the scrumptious treat and are now bringing their version of French Macarons to the marketplace.

We believe that French macarons are amazing on their own and do not need any food coloring, preservatives, or artificial ingredients in them. That's why we don't use any of them and make all our macarons fresh from scratch in small batches.
